The institute's hired hostel is under the supervision of the warden, who acts a local guardian for all students. The hostel- office is located at the institute. A separate accommodation is provided for girls.

Seats in the Institute's hostel will be filled on "First Come First Serve" basis. In case if any student does not get accommodation in our hostel, he/she may be shifted to any other hostel/place managed by other person but intermittently checked by our staff.

• The Institute's hostel would be provided only to those students who deposit Rs.6300/- for option A or Rs. 7200/- for option B or Rs. 8500/- for option C in advance as rent for 1 st Sem*. If you find any difficulty in depositing the above mentioned rent then you have choice to keep your ward in some other
accommodation managed by different management. They charge only the month's deposit ranging from Rs. 800/- to Rs. 1,300/- p.m. as rent.
• IMPORTANT: A hosteller will have no claim to single or double bedded accommodation and shall have to stay in a room allotted to him/her with two or more Room mates which is totally on "First Come First Serve" basis.
• Room partners of each room are jointly and wholly responsible for the furniture, fittings etc. and any damage to the hostel property is recoverable from them.
• Students should occupy the room allotted to them and shall not change the room among themselves. After allotment of all seats in the institute's hostel students my accommodate themselves in different hired places/hostel under different management.
• Student can be shifted from one room to another by the warden without assigning any reason thereof.
• In case any candidate leaves the institute due to any reason it will be compulsory to leave the hostel immediately.
• Students are not permitted to use any electrical equipments other than provided by the hostel.
• Every Room occupant is supposed to report to the hostel latest by 7:00 P.M. when the roll call is taken. It is the duty of every student staying in the hostel that if his/her roommate is not present at night he should inform to the warden immediately, otherwise he/she will be responsible for any casualty if occurs & legal action would be taken against him/her.
• Disciplinary action will be taken for violation of rules and misconduct by hostel occupants. A student may be expelled from the hostel on any of following grounds like theft, ragging, abnormal behavior, use of drugs and alcohol, fights causing damage, indiscipline, violation of rules, nonpayment of fee etc. A student expelled on disciplinary ground shall forfeit his fee and deposits.
• Every student should report to the warden in writing the day of his leaving and return. Those who fail to report back to the hostel on due date shall have to pay Rs. 100/- as readmission change for the hostel.
• Rs. 200/- per semester will be charged from every hosteller as for the development fund.
• If the hosteller wishes to leave the hostel he/she must intimate in writing to the Management in advance, at least two months before. Students who fails to intimate has to pay hostel charges for whole semester before leaving the hostel.
• Residing in Institute's hostel is not compulsory. According to your wish you can arrange your own boarding facilities.
• Students can deposit hostel fees only after his/her own satisfaction with the exiting conditions. No claim will be entertained after that, as hostel fees is neither refundable nor adjustable. In case the candidate wants to leave the institute in any circumstances within 1 days from the date of joining of hostel, 50% of hostel fees will be asserted to him. After that no claim is applicable in future.

GUESTS AND VISITORS :

• Member wishing to entertain guest must get prior written permission of the warden.
• Guests will not be allowed to stay in the hostel.
• Female visitors are not permitted in the boys hostel, similarly male visitors are not allowed in the girls hostel.
• The owner of the place/hostel has full power to refuse entrance to any outsider as guest in the hostel campus.

IMPORTANT

• The management wishing to entertain guest must get prior written permission of the warden.
• Limited seats are available in the hostel. Admission is granted on the "First Come First Serve" basis.
• Actual meal charges will be charged by mess in charge, in advance, semester wise. At accommodation centers other than the institute's hostel, the room charges and meal charges vary between Rs.650 p.m. to Rs. 900 p.m. and Rs. 750 p.m. to Rs. 950 p.m. respectively. Students (boys/girls) can opt for any combination which suits their own budget.
• Hostel Fees Option A means more than 2 person in a room, Option B means 2 person in a room and Option C means 3 person in a attached Lat/bath room.
