Amime i,e Associate Member of the Mechanical Instiute of Engineers (India) is considered equivalent to engineering degree
(B.E/ B.TECH) awarded by any goverment recognized University of India by their letter No. F/18-31/71/T-2/T-7 of 24.10.81 at par with graduate Indian degree from an Indian University.The degree is valid in India as well as in abroad too.
